How the Allowance Works

  • One AI reply delivered to a customer uses one unit; in reply review mode, each assistant draft does. Incoming messages and staff replies do not use the allowance.
  • The allowance is shared across all channels. The month starts when your plan is activated; Business starts after the tested launch.
  • When replies run out, AI pauses while incoming messages stay in your dashboard. We alert you at 80% and 100%. Extra replies require an agreed price and your consent.

Payment

  • Standard and Pro are billed monthly. USD and GEL prices are set separately.
  • Business: setup from $300 / 800 ₾ plus the first month from $90 / 240 ₾, both due at launch.
  • CRM, booking and website creation are quoted separately. Your proposal states reply volume, support hours and included small changes.

What do I need to provide for setup?
On Standard and Pro, a short interview about your business after sign-up, plus whatever materials you have — price list, FAQ, service descriptions, chat history or a link to your website. Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
The AI uses your tone, knowledge, and communication style. Most customers cannot tell the difference. You decide how it introduces itself. Some clients have it identify as "Maria, AI assistant for [Studio]" — explicit. Others have it answer in the owner's voice without flagging. Both are common; we'll recommend based on your customer base.
What if the assistant doesn't know how to answer something?

What if the AI says something wrong?
The assistant only knows what you upload — your price list, your FAQ, your service descriptions. Its instructions prohibit invented prices, services and promises, and direct it to hand off when information is missing. Mistakes are still possible, so replies need review. On Business, we run 50+ test conversations before launch to find edge cases, and in the monthly review we look at every conversation where the assistant was unsure and update the knowledge base. What happens when new channels arrive?
New channels are added to your plan automatically — no extra fee, no new contract.
How does payment work?
Standard and Pro are billed monthly with 500 and 2,000 AI replies. Business starts at $300 / 800 ₾ setup plus $90 / 240 ₾ per month. Setup and the first month are due at launch; we agree the reply volume in your proposal.
Do you have access to my Instagram or Facebook account?
No. You connect your accounts through Meta's official sign-in (Facebook Login for Business) — we never see or store your password. You see and approve what BotHelper will be able to do. Can I update the AI's knowledge later?
